Across the entire industry, nuclear power has an aging work force. The nuclear hiring cycle does not necessarily align with graduation dates from engineering schools. We solve these problems with our innovative approach to developing a strong nuclear workforce:
Our Staff
Our workforce is made up of new graduates from local universities and experienced senior engineers that serve as mentors. Our staff develop and maintain qualifications to enable them to be valuable resources for the station. Our management team has proven track records of talent recruitment to support the station.
